The food I received from delivery order was literally garbage pieced together. My sandwich was burnt and the meat was unrecognizable, And the pizza was like something that came out of the garbage and was put together.

Domino's is getting real raggedy. My last few pizzas were burnt and looked dry and unappetizing. I called In my order and was there within 10 mins after placing the order. My order was ready but it was awful. I'm about to be done with them.

I’m really disappointed with our recent order because it ended up affecting our child’s birthday party. We ordered six pizzas for our guests, but only four were delivered. When we called, we were told the other two would be sent right away. Unfortunately, they didn’t arrive until almost two hours later, long after everyone had already been waiting. Because of this, we didn’t have enough food for all of our guests during the party. People felt awkward eating, thinking we didn’t order enough, and it put us in a really uncomfortable situation.

Worst experience with any delivery service I've had. All thanks to Miguel "District Manager" and that is in quotes because if that was true, which i HIGHLY doubt, was the biggest joke of the year!! I scheduled an order 3 hours before. Twenty minutes before the delivery time, on the app it showed it was out of the oven. Delivery time came and still no change. Ten minutes later I called and the guy who introduced himself as Miguel District Manager said it was already sent and the delivery Driver had "a lot" of deliveries to make. I said I did not want a cold hard pizza since it had been half an hour since out the oven, and he only said "there is nothing else I can do, if you are dissatisfied then send it back when you receive it and I will process a refund." Half an hour happened... again I called because now it had been an hour since the pizza had been out. "You didnt give me enough time to tell you what I could do to make up for it, but now im not going to do it. Go ahead and report me. I have better customers than you to help." And he hangs up... The food is amazing! The directions were followed perfectly! Every delivery that I've had to my house, the delivery driver has been kind and waved at me during this contactless time. Thank you Dominos!!
